Do you work on staging?

Yes, when possible. I prefer validating on staging before pushing to production.

What access do you need?

Usually WordPress admin + hosting panel access (or SFTP). For performance work, I may also request CDN/cache settings access.

Do you guarantee “green” Core Web Vitals?

I aim for measurable improvements. Results depend on theme, plugins, hosting, and third-party scripts (tracking, ads, chat widgets).

Can you fix checkout/payment issues?

Yes. I troubleshoot cart/checkout, payment gateways, sessions, taxes, and caching conflicts. Logs and reproducible steps help a lot.

Do you offer urgent help?

If I’m available, yes. Mention “URGENT” in the email subject and include your URL + what’s broken.

What’s your typical timeline?

Small fixes can be same-day. Most projects take a few days to 2 weeks depending on scope and access.

Will my store go down during changes?

I minimize risk using staging and backups when possible. For production changes, I schedule carefully and document everything.
